At Russ Jones Mediations, we offer competitive rates for full-day and half-day mediation sessions. Full-day sessions are eight (8) hours and half-day sessions are four (4) hours. In the event that productive negotiations remain ongoing at the end of the allotted time for the mediation session, additional time is charged at the mediator’s hourly rate of $450.00 per hour and divided on a pro rata basis among the parties. Court-appointed guardian ad litems and attorney ad litems are not normally charged to participate.

We accept cash, checks, money orders, most major credit cards, debit cards, and online payments via Square, PayPal or Venmo.

Full-day mediations include a working lunch from a variety of local eateries. Special dietary needs can usually be accommodated with prior notice. Complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks, bottled water and snacks are provided. Most locations offer free WiFi.
